A good giving framework for individuals and families.

We don’t expect you to know exactly what you need upfront. We listen first, and understand where you’re at, before supporting you to get on with good giving.

01. Listening

We are called a concierge, because it reflects how we work. We begin our conversation with getting clear on where you’re stuck.

During a no-obligation one-two hour session, we explore what you need our help with, the steps involved and what’s required to fully engage in the good giving process.

02. Discovery

Our approach has developed through experience and practice. Unfolding over several weeks, our guided discovery process is designed to give you space to slow down and think clearly, before acting.

For some, this creates enough clarity and confidence to move forward independently. Others pause at this point and return later. Some continue straight into a longer flow of focused support delivered over several months.

03. Support

This work is more applied and advisory, and may include coaching, facilitation or philanthropy planning or something else, that’s right for you.

The pace, depth and length of support will always depend on your needs, how many people are involved, and what else you’re navigating in life and business.

We only work with a small number of private clients each year so we can give each individual and family proper attention and care, and flex our support as things evolve.

04. Action

Whatever the shape of the support, what remains consistent is the outcome. Together we create a good giving toolkit - a blend of clarity, insight, focused priorities and a plan that gives you the confidence to get on with giving.
